Chef Lowell

Chef Lowell is from Vallejo, CA. From the age of ten, Chef Lowell can remember preparing dinner for his family most nights, fueling his passion for cooking.
In the seventh grade he began his first baking business. Chef Lowell sold cakes, pies, cookies, and other specialty desserts. Upon entering High school Chef Lowell decided to focus on athletics spending a lot of time practicing for soccer and track and field. However, due to popular demand from his community, he reopened his dessert business under the name “Desserts for the Soul” in 2002. On the heels of its success, Chef Lowell started LL Catering servicing private dinner parties and other special events.
After graduating from St. Patrick-St. Vincent High school in 2004, he began matriculation at Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia. During this time he interned with Celebrity Chef Ashley Clay of Atlanta, GA and worked with Verbena Catering of Emeryville, CA. He graduated from Morehouse College with a degree in B.A. in Business management in 2008 and went on to hone his culinary skills at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York.
While in culinary school Chef Lowell continued to cater parties and events on weekends in New York City and participated in a six month externship at Café Centro restaurant (in Met Life Building) in Manhattan, New York.
Since returning to Atlanta in 2010, Chef Lowell has taken on several ventures in the field of culinary arts. After just eight months of working as a chef for Ray’s on the River, he established LL Enterprises. In October 2011 Chef Lowell changed his business name to Chef Lowell, LLC. Chef Lowell has an extensive list of engagements and clients for whom he has provided meal and private catering services. Chef Lowell’s attention to detail and consideration of the personality of his customers, allows him to create one-of-a-kind masterpieces for his clients and their guests. Chef Lowell is well equipped and eager to continue serving both beautiful and delicious meals for his clients at any event special event or private function.
